Mel is a Senior Accountant at Martin & Associates. With over 25 years of experience in the accounting industry, Melvin Dodge is a seasoned professional who graduated from the College of the North Atlantic. His career began in controller positions with small businesses, where he gained valuable hands-on experience.

Prior to joining Martin & Associates, Melvin worked with two national firms, where he developed a high level of expertise in Sage accounting software and built strong, lasting relationships with clients. Known for his enjoyment in working with clients and financial accounting, Melvin is a dedicated team player who thrives in collaborative environments.

Outside of work, he is passionate about hiking, walking his dog, playing sports, and travelling.
